Lynette Fernandes
My Name is Lynette Fernandes, I am the office manager for Riverfront Dental. I have lived in Cambridge for most of my life, I have two beautiful children and am happy to live in this wonderful city. I have been in the dental industry for over 13 years and Love it! My goal is to give that “WOW” experience to our patients and staff with exceptional communication and customer service! My passion is to establish lifelong relationships with our patients and building pride in our dental office!
Sandy Da Silveira
Sandy was born and raised in Cambridge, Ontario. Sandy has years of dental administrative experience. She takes pride in providing patients with a comfortable and happy visit, from greeting you at the front door to booking your next visit. She also helps our valued patients with translation in the Portuguese language. When she is not in the office, Sandy loves spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband and her two beautiful daughters.
Melissa Chaves
Born and raised in Cambridge, Melissa is a 2019 graduate from the Westervelt College Dental Assistant Program. She loves working with children and assisting with oral surgery, and reports that she has had an interest in the dental field since she was very young! In her free time, Melissa loves baking and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys being active outdoors and at the gym.
Dayana Abreu
Dayana has over 11 years of experience as a dental assistant, she takes pride in helping create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She truly enjoys coming to work each day and bringing a smile to the patients. She enjoys supporting both patients and her colleagues to help keep the office running smoothly. Dayana is also passionate about being part of a team that provides high-quality care and a welcoming environment for every patient. Outside of the office Dayana enjoys spending time with her family — especially relaxing at home watching a good movie with her kids. She is a big book lover and also enjoys staying active — fitness and going to the gym are an important part of her lifestyle!
Nancy Hersh DeLaFranier
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Nancy continues to advance her education and training through personal study and continuing education. She has focused her studies on the oral/systemic relationship of inflammation and the prevention and maintenance of periodontal disease. Her passion is orthodontics with over 20 years experience in the field. She enjoys being involved in this constantly evolving industry. Nancy loves helping people find confidence in their smile.
Jenn
Jenn is dedicated to helping you achieve a smile that shines bright and healthy. With a passion for oral health and a commitment to gentle, personalized care, she strives to make every visit to our clinic a comfortable and rewarding experience. With 15 years of dental experience, she understands the importance of preventive care and education in maintaining optimal oral hygiene. Her goal is not only to treat existing issues but also to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent future dental problems. Beyond her clinical expertise, she is committed to creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
Kim Rouse
Kim is a Senior Dental Administrator with 19 years experience in the dental field, bringing knowledge of practice operation and office coordination, scheduling, insurance and patient care. Kim likes to focus on creating a welcoming and stress-free experience for every patient that walks into Riverfront Dental’s doors. In her free-time, Kim loves to travel, crafting and loves spending time with her three grandchildren, family and friends.
Michelle Abreu
Michelle Graduated from Westervelt College in 2015 from the Medical Office Administration program. She began working in dentistry immediately after graduation and has continued working in the field. Michelle was drawn to dentistry because she loves to interact with others and enjoys making patients feel comfortable and welcome. Michelle believes that being in the dentistry field is an exceptional privilege as she is part of a team that helps boost the confidence of every patient that walks through Riverfront Dental’s doors. During her time off, Michelle enjoys exploring conservation parks, reading mystery books and spending time with her family and friends.
