Accessibility at Riverfront Dental

Riverfront Dental is wheelchair accessible, and the whole clinic is on the ground floor. We want every patient to be able to reach us, move through the clinic and use this website. This page explains what to expect and how to ask for support or give feedback.

Is Riverfront Dental wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Riverfront Dental is at 725 Coronation Blvd, Suite B1 & B2, in Cambridge, and the whole clinic is on the ground floor. The clinic is wheelchair accessible, and free on-site parking is available. If you need extra time, help moving to the dental chair or a quieter time of day, tell us when you book. We can then plan your appointment around what you need.

Can I bring a support person or service animal?

Yes. You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment. They can stay with you during your visit. Service animals are welcome at Riverfront Dental. If there is ever a reason an animal cannot be in one specific area, we will explain why and arrange another way to support you.

Communication support

Tell us how you prefer to communicate. We will do our best to use it. We can talk by phone, reply by email, write things down or speak more slowly. Some team members also speak Portuguese, French, Spanish, Cantonese, Arabic, Hindi or Gujarati. If you need any document from us, including this page, in another format, ask and we will provide it.

Is this website accessible?

We want this website to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and browser zoom. If a page or form is hard to use, call (519) 621-2111 or email admin@riverfrontdental.ca. We will give you the same information another way, or book your appointment by phone. Your feedback helps us find and fix problems on the site.

Temporary disruptions

If something temporarily affects access to Riverfront Dental, such as construction or a closure, we will post a notice at the clinic and on this website where possible. The notice will say what is affected, how long we expect it to last and what other options are available to you.

How do I give accessibility feedback?

You can give feedback about accessibility in person, by phone at (519) 621-2111 or by email at admin@riverfrontdental.ca. Tell us what happened and how you would like us to reply. We use feedback to improve how we serve patients with disabilities, as Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) expects of every business that serves the public.
